packages updated and mail filtering

I uploaded new netbase and tcp-wrappers packages with minor bug fixes. I think that disallowing the use of test -a is really annoying. It's not like anybody will ever use posh...

Finally a good news about the kernel package: Alexander Viro has been chosen to co-maintain it.

mutt still has again more than 100 open bugs. Adeodato Simó helped checking some, please consider spending a few hours of your time reviewing the open bugs, many just need to be closed or tagged fixed-upstream.

A few days ago I committed to the debian hotplug CVS the code to support boot time synthesis of ISAPNP hotplug events. This will make udev users happy, because from the next release they will not have anymore to manually load modules like floppy and rtc. I still need to allocate some time to fix the many problems in the new usb.rc script which have been reported.

pasc: sadly it does not matter how much mail you stop, but how much your filters will miss. Today's reality is that there is no excuse to accept mail from hosts listed by SBL or XBL, just like you would not accept mail from an open relay. Rejecting this spam at SMTP stage would free a lot of resources.
