Gli ISP irlandesi nei giorni scorsi hanno ricevuto una lettera in cui, con la minaccia di ritorsioni legali, gli avvocati delle multinazionali che posseggono la musica gli intimano di bloccare l'accesso ai "siti web di file sharing" e implementare un "meccanismo di risposta graduale", cioè disconnettere i propri clienti che secondo loro sono ripetutamente colpevoli di file sharing.
